Trytoggle walk off otherwise i think your horse is broken xD Any faster you will be slamming into things. Horses are slowed down in cities because it has collision dmg, you will grace a civilian and get the entire city hostile.
Thegame automatically dictates how fast you can go on the horse. If you are out in the country away from civilization he will run as fast as he can. If you are in or near a city he will slow down to a trot. There is no way to bypass the speed restriction.
Itdoesn't do the same thing. If you have a regular 60Hz monitor, half-rate Vsync will give you 30 fps - and that's pretty low. 50fps/Hz and 36fps at 72Hz look better - unless you can only hit 30fps. But even then RTSS does another thing - evens out the frametimes, so that motion is perfectly smooth.
