For a full charge in the morning, it only takes half hour of reading news for the battery drop from 100% to 93%.

My iphone has 100% battery condition on the iOS 13.3.1 software and I noticed that when the phone is charged to these 20-40%, the battery often drops by 2%, i.e. the phone lies a few minutes at 30% and usually drops after one or at all.
